Great view - underwhelming overall
East facing room had a nice view. Curtains were torn. Restaurant understaffed in evening. French fry texture similar to cardboard, creme brulee underwhelming, welcome drink (well cocktail) was undrinkable. Elevators very slow.

Lacking luxury they advertise
Impressive exterior and lobby, adorned with glass art work. Parking is adequate but a bit of a distance to get to the rooms. The rooms were outdated and in need of updates. I say rooms, yes. The first room had biological material stains on the floor. It was gross. The wardrobe broken, the bathtub wouldn't hold water. When I saw the carpet stains I asked for a new room. Second room, I hoped to take a bath and there were buggers on the shower wall. Third room was nice, again in need up an update of carpets and refinishing the moulding etc. I ordered calamari and a desert from the restaurant. Calamari had no flavor and the portion was small for the price of about $15. The creme brulee was good.
Staff were friendly and very apologetic for the lack of cleanliness.

From rude front desk to dirty hallways and the worst-stocked “premium” breakfast I’ve seen, terrible experience. Did not get the room we paid for, either.
