worked well for us
We chose to stay here on our last night in Italy as we were flying out at a very early hour. This worked out very well. We were able to park our rental car for free which was helpful. There are restaurants nearby.

Great with one caveat!
Have stayed here many times, and it is by far the most convenient and economical option for overnight stay before am early flight. However, despite my past stellar reviews on this hotel, I must say that it is time they renovated their bathrooms. Mold all over the shower stall has gotten to the point where I must mention - reluctantly, as I am such a huge fan of this hotel.

Yuck
The hotel is not well kept — there was a ton of mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom. It is far from the airport and they are not helpful in locating the bus from the airport. They also did not seem to know you could take the train when we called to ask about transport to the hotel.

Honestly really gross and just bad overall. The reviews were right, there is mold everywhere in the bathroom/shower area. I was looking for a cheap place before my flight but honestly this was below my comfort zone of cheap stays. Will never stay again. The staff was nice but that’s the only good thing.

For a quick night before a morning flight out of Fiumicino, this place is terrific for the price. The staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly, the lobby clean and organized. The room was generally clean and it's one of the efficiency hotels, so small room and bathroom/shower. The only negatives were the shower grout with was very moldy and certain corners of the room where moisture had seeped in and repairs were done but not repainted (this is happens a lot in Italy properties which are concrete and rebar.) The hotel is starting to show a little wear and tear around the edges, but is holding up well, and the price/staff/and location make up for it. Be aware the area is a zona commerciale/transition with large condo building, and a bit rough around the edges. Parking is free in the garage next to Fiera 1, but the garage staff seem to be confused about hotel guests (it's also the parking garage for the mall next door.)

The property was in a good location for airport access, without being so expensive. Located next to shopping mall and Food Court type restaurants. Right across street from train. However, the place was in need of maintenance and was not clean. Black mold in the shower. Peeling paint on ceiling and walls. Would not stay here again.
