Tijuana is foodie's paradise, there are awesome taco stands, coffee shops & eateries every couple of blocks & competition is stiff. Great tacos, seafood and overall Mexican food at a fraction of U.S. prices.

This area is safe during the day. I haven't ventured out at night. Easier to cross the border via air than pedestrian crossing. Spanish dpojen but you can get buy knowing a few necessary travel words. Lots of American visitors and Chinese residents.

I have been coming down to TJ for over 25 years and it has grown and continues to grow. Safety is still an issue but it is also improving, slowly but surely. Poverty, like anynother city in the Americas is obvious but improving little by little.

Tijuana kind of reminds me of Dan Francisco, you could be in a beautiful street and then you make a turn into another street and things can be different. This city is always busy and full of cars and people. Locals are very friendly

Nice place with many restaurant choices. Many of the businesses speak English and accept USD. I wish the city government would invest in resurfacing the roads. Perhaps better street signs too. People are very friendly.
