The stay was ok however, due to weather conditions we had no electricity one day. Another day we didn’t have any running water because of plumbing problems. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I've been going to this hotel for the better part of 36 years. It's been upgraded remodeled over the course of time very comfortable every time I stay.

Really bad costumer service, plus the air conditioner on the room was not working and i had to wait a long time to be able to get another room, come on!!! no ac with a hot weather and wait for that long!! it felt sofocated on the room, and when i called the front desk, they only said well i don’t know what to say!!! worst service ever!! and this is an expensive hotel compared to others wich they been better! so for sure not going back, i asked the front desk (rude service) to cancel my reservation and a refund.
