"This was our third time staying at this resort and we appreciate that it has not changed too much. We had a standard room and the only complaints we had about it was the lack of a chair and an air conditioner that made the room too cold. We asked the front desk for a chair, since the only place to sit was on the bed and were told that standard rooms didn't have chairs. We found that we really didn't need the air conditioner at night.

at the buffet was my favorite. The Facility was very clean and well managed. Very nice staff. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. The Beach and Pools very clean. Rented an ATV as transportation to travel around the area which was fun. Will definitely visit Casa Marina again. The best

"Overall, it's a very nice maybe 3-star all-inclusive, at least for Cabarete (vs say Punta Cana). The room itself was clean and bed comfortable, but needs upgrade and repair - faucet was loose, screen door to patio was jammed, TV reception was unwatchable. Food was 2-star at the buffet, maybe 3-star at the reservation-only restaurants (of which you can only go to 3 times per week). But beach was great - no snorkeling, but perfect for playing in the surf, or watersports. I was there specifically...

"The room was adequate but nothing special. We had no idea Sosua was the prostitution capital of the region and so we didn’t venture out much after dark.

is included and is good. There were few people staying here, which meant we got the pool practically to ourselves and the beach cabanas and chairs were great too. The restaurant is ideal for dinner and there are other options up and down the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again. Golfers would especially like this place because it is right along the green around hiles 7 and 8, I believe."

"Well where to start. This is a decent resort, it’s like a fancy motel 8.
Pros:
The outside is clean.
The pool is nice but small.
Big beach.
Food almost 24 hours.
Cons:
Small bad rooms, the shower was more cramped than my RV one. The window hold mold on it. My kind bed was 2 full beds pushed together.
Limited WiFi. Only available in the lobby and slower than dial up if you can get it. Best times to get internet between midnight and 2 am after the grandparents go to bed and before the...
