Hotel employees never had a direct answer for any question, always calling second person or a third one in many occasions. No restaurantes at all in the area to eat outside the hotel. Prices for food inside the hotel are very high but no other option to eat unless getting on a taxi.

It was my second stay in Two weeks in Pullman after the unprofessional behaviour of Ms Sarah commercial staff and after the apologize of her boss i decided to book again maybe things gonna change but unfortunately i had meet Ms. Sarah twice face to face she ignored me even no "welcome" as guest in a check in, in my first day i left my room around 1pm i came back morning time next day and in my surprise no "room makeup" and the receptionist suggested to give me another room which was inappropriate at that time i went to the given room just took towels and water and returned back to my room, second night i was in my room at 1am and my neighbor was enjoying his fiesta with so high music at the point that i thought that Pullman has nightclub above my room i called the front desk to check but nothing done till 4am. Third day i invited a couple of friends to share lunch in the terrace we received first waiter 15 minutes later order taken after my request 37 minutes later with two different staff and each did the same work without any endorsement. Pullman is a big name with many services problem and unqualified staff.
