skiing before Christmas. Accessing Spenglers Inn was a little confusing as there this is done via the Hard Rock Hotel reception. HRH don’t advertise that this is the case so only found out when I ventured inside for advice. Access through the HRH is also a bit convoluted but ok once learned. "We had a great stay. Family getting 2 rooms, we were told at check-in that the rooms were joined and they weren't. When asked if one room could change to give us joined rooms, they said it was not possible. We made due and still had a very nice time at the hotel. It has a lovely sauna area that is constantly maintained and clean. Breakfast was also very nice and a good variety.
