"Great stay. Spa is modernized, rooms seem a bit dated. Dinner and breakfast were very good the afternoon snack can be skipped for the most part, especially since space on the terrace is very limited. Bus to go

leaves directly out front. "

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
