emergency and arrived at almost midnight. I reached out to the hotel and they had a friendly shuttle driver to me in 10 minutes. The room was clean and very comfortable with the best variety of pillows I’ve had in some time. (Very important!) The next day I again grabbed a last minute shuttle to my rental car. and I had an amazing stay here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Our breakfast was included during our stay and it was delicious and the service, again was friendly and accommodating with our little ones. Definitely would stay here again! :) "

"Very neat and clean rooms with good ambience. Front desk staff were very accommodative and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options including hot breakfast. When requested they opened the breakfast little bit early at 5:30 am.
Pool was icing on the cake with amazing Jets in the pool. Overall, I am very happy with my stay."

"Rude, beds was broken had to switch rooms the new room the AC doesn’t work. There were stains on the furniture. It was just nasty and the people there are nasty. It has changed so much. The pool was nasty. The hot tub didn’t work. None of the doors work if you parked in the back parking lot, you had to walk all way around to the front to get in. That’s not safe. It went downhill."
