"The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and the provided room amenities were minimalist yet reasonable. Breakfast was great and the chai was hot and delicious. I stayed in two different rooms. Both had items in disrepair, but nothing major. Everything I reported was repaired or replaced quickly. I didn't report the bedside lamp in the second room, which was taped together as a fix. Airport pickup was challenging, but now that I've visited Deli, my assumption is that this is the norm. My original plan did not include a stay in Deli, so in the end, I was happy to find a hotel in this price range at the last minute."
"I must say this was a very clean hotel. The ambiance and the soothing smell was very welcoming.
Staff are very polite and helpful.
I can only comment on breakfast which was consistently, a tasty and large spread of english and indian cuisines.
Would definitely recommend."
