Great Hotel. Great Staff. Gorgeous property. Lovely lovely staff. Loved it all. Beautiful staff. Great stay. However, getting EXPEDIA refund approval from the hotel for checking out a day earlier was a pain. Mudita Bhinde was uncooperative/unresponsive. I had to waste a lot of time on this issue. Pathetic! my next erk was the hotel chefs DO NOT know how to make masala chai. It was inedible. A road side dhaba makes better chai. Finally, they don't serve Tandoori Chicken. An iconic hotel in Delhi not serving mainstream Punjabi tandoori chicken.
