For peace of mind, we recommend you choose the free cancellation⁴ option whenever it’s available in case you need to change or cancel your stay.
Follow these steps to find a hotel that offers free cancellation options:
Step 1: Enter the relevant details for your stay to search for hotels.
Step 2: Filter your search results by selecting the ‘Free cancellation’ option and choose a hotel.
Step 3: Select a room option that offers free cancellation and remember to check the cancellation policy before you book.

Many properties have updated us about their enhanced health and safety measures. Look out for “COVID-19 Hygiene and Cleanliness” on the property pages to find information on enhanced health and safety, such as:

- Shield between guests and staff in main contact areas

No stamps or reward nights expiry this year
We want to offer you the flexibility to make the most of your stamps and unused reward nights, so we’re extending stamps and reward night expiry dates until 31st December 2021.
Gold and Silver membership
As travel opportunities have been limited because of the pandemic, we're extending Silver and Gold members' current membership status for another year. That's a 24-month status extension in total (but only if you were a Silver or Gold member as of February 2020).
Getting to Gold or Silver
We're giving you a head start to progress to Silver or Gold by counting all nights stayed in your last membership year, as well as this year, to count towards your progress. Please note that these nights stayed (and subsequent stamps collected) will count towards your membership progress only, and not reinstated towards your reward nights.
