Just what we wanted
Nice newer hotel with amazing location. Love the oasis grocery next door. Lots of restaurants right there. Combinis and train super convenient. The room is typical, small and well thought out. I liked the cleaning options (full, bag on the door with towels and water or nothing). Little fridge is so helpful. Water pressure was crazy good. Like whoa. Didn’t use any amenities but I saw ice and a nice vending machine on our floor. Check in was easy. They try to get you to self check in with a screen but as usual they come out from behind the desk and help you do it. Very clean and safe and highly recommended if you need a place to crash during busy days. Not a room you hang out in of course. But tv worked nicely. Easy train ride to USJ which was one of our stops in Osaka.

Great experience
Superb customer service. I forgot my phone (!!) at another hotel in Tokyo. The front desk attendant promptly called the other property and arranged for it to be delivered express; all within 15 min of arrival to the hotel. Everyone at the desk is bilingual so anyone with basic English speaking skill could easily communicate with the staff. Conveniently located to train station. Some people may not be used to the smaller size of the hotel room but it’s comparable to eco hotels found in major us and European cities.

Upon arrival, we were dissatisfied with the room we booked. The staff were phenomenal, they went above and beyond with helping us find a more suited room. Zhao was exceptional, she not only helped us with finding the perfect room, she made us feel like home! Pro - Great location next to train station. Negative- Close to train station. We were assinged a room on the 3rd floor which was parallel to the train tracks and our room felt the passing trains. We requested another room and at first were told this was the only thing they had. Once an English-speaking staff came forward, she put us on the top floor which made ALL the difference for a quite night's sleep. I must add also, this was the only hotel that I booked through Expedia (6 total) in Japan that charged me an additional tax once I arrived.
