Sweet and sour: the upper rooms are finished construction. However, the lower rooms are not but they are still being rented. There's bare concrete, 1 lightbulb for the whole room, no privacy door to the ensuit bathroom... Almost finished...but not yet. That said, it's a clean budget accommodation with an excellent (in context) breakfast and fantastic staff. I can't help but have mixed reviews.
