All in all it was not to bad but not great. Clean and all necessary basics. Quite close to city center. Very noisy, lots of working sites around starting at 8am on the dot, lots of people arguing late at night(you can hear really well your neighbours …) not great views : the balcony is facing close other people’s balcony.
