"I will definitely be staying again at Havana Cabana at Key West! I highly recommend checking out the Griselda room it’s spacious and perfect for 5–6 people.
The staff was incredibly kind from beginning to end. I truly felt like I was on a vacation away from home. On our last day, my siblings and I spent time enjoying the amenities and lounging by the pool, which was such a great experience. I loved that throughout the day they offered complimentary smoothies, Jello shots, and churros it really added to the amazing experience. I also appreciated how they would text me updates about what was happening at the hotel and any accommodations I might need. The only small issue I had was that I did request a few things through the text messaging system and didn’t receive a response. However, in person, the staff was 100/10 so kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. I came here for my birthday, and they truly made me feel special. We left feeling so relaxed. The transportation options were also amazing we rented scooters for $50 a day, there were bikes available for $14, and there was a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to Duval Street. The last shuttle comes back at 10:30 PM, which made it perfect for going out, bar hopping, and not worrying about driving. Our shuttle driver was also very kind and shared great stories on the ride.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious.
I will definitely be coming back!
