Home from home.
Staying at Midas was a highlight of our visit to Iceland. We were made most welcome and had dinner with the family during which we learnt so much about Iceland, its history and it's people. Dinner was excellent by the way. It was great to hear grandad's stories about times long ago as he is 95yrs old. The cabins as simple but warm and comfortable. We stayed here at the lady minute due to a wrong booking elsewhere, it was one of the best mistakes I have made😊😊😊,

Beautiful place!
This is one of the best places we've stayed in Iceland. My wife and I stayed in cabin #1 which is isolated from the main house, it is tiny which makes it more intimate but we found it sufficient. The owners Auda and Kingsley were very nice. The place is the middle of farmlands and is the best to see the Northern Lights as there is no light pollution. They have Icelandic horses on site which my wife enjoyed so very much.

Charming family home on a horse ranch
This was one of the highlights of my trip to Iceland. The family was very friendly, welcoming and prepared a wonderful home made dinner and breakfast for an extra charge. The little cabin we stayed in was comfortable and clean and the dogs were so cute!
