Nice spacious hotel

It was a nice quiet hotel even though there were a lot of guests. The rooms were spacious and included a small kitchen area, living room, 2 televisions, beds and a bathroom. Great size for family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was so close to everything. The shuttle service back and forth to Hotel and Universal was convenient. Would stay here again.

Amazing Stay. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Hotel right across from Universal and super convenient. Hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from Universal. Had one bad experience with the shuttle (not Hyatt’s fault) but overall satisfied. Will definitely be staying again.

Gorgeous hotel. Really spacious, clean and had all of the conveniences. Only negative was the sink water never got cold, so the only way to have drinking water was the full cups and keep in the fridge.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Definitely appreciated the proximity to Universal and also shopping strips as well. Emilly was a server during breakfast and she was amazing. She was very friendly with us and got to know it was my birthday and she broight me a a slice of cake with a candle. A very simple and thoughtful gesture. I also had asked for the air filters to the room changed and it was handled immediately.
