Loved it, staff were lovely & efficient. Chalets were beautifully presented, well kept & clean. The drive to the property felt unsafe, unfortunate that the township is so close to Bakubung.

Exellent service

Card did not work to open door of room but staff friendly and quick to change cards. Then there was no tv remote in the room and again staff were quick to bring one. Amazing efficient service Bakubung excels in every area. Well done!

Great Family Location

We had a fantastic night's stay at Bakubung. We had a quick tour of the park before check in and then went for a swim and had a braai. It really was stunning and had everything we needed - except firelighters, we had to go to a local village to get that. The staff were friendly and so helpful! Honestly an amazing stay, wish we could have stayed longer!
