Great staff and very good property. Good was okay. Breakfast good. Ate at Banyan tree two nights. I recommend The Cove. Very good. Staff at Casia are great. We like the private beach , badminton and fine sand ( except got to watch out for small rocks in the sand).Swimming pool and Banyan massage facilities were great ! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommendation to “ local” kelong mangrove was poor . We initially planned to go to Nirwana Kelong but the taxi counter lady staff redirected us. Given the poor recommendation for food, we did not have confidence in the hotel’s snorkeling tour and engaged a private snorkeling tour instead . Food at the treetops was good

The room was great. Two bedroom apartment for a reasonable price with breakfast included. Everything else (activities, attractions and food options) are highly overpriced. The only reasonable priced food option was the restaurant located in the main building around the front desk of the hotel (Vista).

We got a suprise and free upgrade for our accommodation. The room was fantastic. Fully equipped and the house set up was nice. The only set back is that the toilet has no air ventilation but it's a small issue to me. Bed was clean and tidy. I would return again in my next retreat.
