Overall stay is ok, good but not great value. Location is impeccable, room is spacious. However there is a lot of mold in the bathroom, the shower mat is really showing excessive wear and tear, fridge is horribly noisy, so is the mural AC, we had to turn it off to find some sleep.

I did take their names and wanted to personally mention them but unfortunately i misplaced the paper with their names on it.i would like to say thank you. The rooms furniture could be improved. And the Tours that are offered in the hotel are way expensive than contsct with a tour agancy directly. It doesn't accept cash to pay for a bottle of water of something like that. Doesn't have lunch and dinner services. It's close to copacabana beach and the area seems to be secure most of the time. The check-in and check-out were so fast and without many complocations.
