Good location, value for money.
Good location. Kingston is close by and so is Hampton Court Palace. Property good and clean. Our bed was getting a bit tired though, felt like we had a hill in the middle of the bed. Although we did not make use of much of the kitchen facilities it had enough to accommodate a good stay.

It was great to have multiple spaces for us to work and have separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower lacked power, and the toilet seat needs fixing. It would have been nice to have some table lamps in the living room for a more relaxed feel.

Not great
The car park was extremely cramped, with a significant drop-off that was hard to spot in the dark—making it very easy to accidentally damage your vehicle. The apartment was poorly equipped: there were no tea towels for drying dishes, no dishwashing liquid, and no dishwasher, which left the cutlery and utensils less than clean. Additionally, my son lost something under his bed, and the area was very dirty. On a positive note, the apartment was warm, quiet, and conveniently located near a train station.

Happy with our stay
The staff was very helpful, kind, and responsive. The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and while on a busy road we easily slept with the windows open. More ventilation would be good- we used the fans in the windows and that worked well but we had to have them on all the time otherwise it got stuffy in there. Overall a good experience

We were at a wedding at Raven's Ait, and this was perfect for us. The apartments were very comfortable, a good size and well stocked, but we didn't spend much time in them. Nice bathroom.
