The rooms were without window. Also, I had to check out and travel early. Hotels.com (as always) were very professional. They understood the case and tried to contact the hotel. After many tries, the hotel reservation office did not consider that and refused to check out. They didn't want to refund me.
Beside the reservation, all hotel staff (reception, restaurant, room service) were great! but unfortunately, the hotel manager and the reservation office didn't consider my case, even if I talked to them personally :(
