We didn’t have breakfast as we weren’t aware, and hadn’t checked, that breakfast was not included if booking via a 3rd Party, ie Hotels.com. Our fault so we decided in a McDonald’s breakfast as it was £20 per adult for breakfast and not much less for the kids so it would have been an unexpected expense. We arrived early for our room as we had travelled from a few nights in Manchester. When I went to check if the room may be ready, the gentlemen behind the desk was very dismissive"
