2 nd stay here staff are so nice lovely big family room great breakfast in lovely dining room tram stops right outside hotel making getting in and out to Blackpool centre easy car parking only drawback as it’s £9 night should be cheaper for guests usually stay at Viking where their carpark is free for guests

Disappointed
We love staying here, we have stopping twice now, was disappointed this time as the room was very hot, couldn't open windows, they kindly moved us to another room,and gave us a fan,our first visit had a fridge in the room, this room did not, was very disappointed with breakfast, had to cue a mile long, when finally got to sit staff very helpful, food looked like it had been in hot trays a while, all fried eggs we hard and bacon was over heated and over cooked. We decided to leave breakfast on our last day and eat out. We would stop again as it is an ideal location for us, and staff are very helpful.

Not very clean, kettle that wouldn’t turn off, bath that wouldn’t drain, window that wouldn’t stay open and an awful smell. Breakfast was chaotic, jam like water all in all not the best stay.
