Great place to stay.
The hotel was very clean and safe. There was always someone at the front desk. I don't speak Spanish but everything went smoothly. The restaurant had very good and reasonably priced food.

Not like before
I’ve been staying here for a few years whenever I’m in GDL. The service has diminished and so have the rooms. None of the wall outlets worked for charging my phone. I had to use the bathroom charger which was inconvenient especially since we had 2 phones to charge. No water is offered at check in like before and no effort was made to let us have early check in. I understand we were early but they wouldn’t even make any effort to try to get us in even 1/2 hr earlier. They said we would have to pay extra to get early check in so this tells me there were rooms ready but customer service isn’t important to them. I might look elsewhere next time.
