This is a great hotel, lots of charm, the staff is awesome, it’s beautiful. The only reason for four stars is the lack of a shower in the bathroom and not great ventilation in the room. But I get that it’s an old building. I would recommend staying here and would return for sure.

For the price, this hotel is dreadfully under-equipped and outdated. The mattress was not a queen as advertised, but a full instead, and left us with sore necks and backs. Terrible quality overall.

Includes 3 great places to drink and dine, but no breakfast options (though there is coffee on site and some breakfast options very nearby). Lots of nice turn-of-the-20th-century details - so if you're looking for a standardized, modern chain hotel type of experience, this is not for you.

Love staying in old historic hotels like this and very nicely kept. Beautiful lobby for Christmas! Very comfortable bed and old antique furniture add to the charm. We did not have a stand-up shower (surprise!) and just the antique tub so be sure to ask before you book. Noise was not an issue for us and waking to the smell of coffee in the morning was perfect. Pubs were fun too.

I had an amazing time! The staff made my stay. I wish I remembered everyone's name but here are a few Cole, Maddie, Maddie's friend, a young lady who told me to visit Maddie, Hammer, Brian, Night time front desk Lady, Upstairs bartender that told me a lot about the property and history. Thank you all for making my stay absolutely wonderful. I appreciate you all!

I had a nice stay. it was clean, the food was good and the staff gave excellent customer service. I do like to have a tissue box in the bathroom and a means to contact anyone for an emergency. No tissue box and no way to contact any employee if there was an emergency. Over all I would recommend this hotel.

I guess staying in a historic hotel is not our thing…. The property was cute and conveniently located within the historic downtown. The room was tiny!! The bathroom was tiny. The noise traveled exceptionally well :). It sounded like someone was walking in our room all night even that it was outside in a hallway or on a different floor.

If you want a good night sleep, that is quite, do not stay there. If you want to stay up all night and party then this is your place. We booked for two nights and canceled the second night due to the noise that lasted until 2 am. The staff was very helpful in refunding us for the one night. It was a cool old hotel, sorry that it wasn't relaxing and peaceful.
