格式のあるホテルだが、設備が古いのと人材難が目立つ
格式のあるホテルだが、設備が古いのと人材難が目立つ 結婚式場もあるホテルで格式あるホテルのよう。ただ、施設の古さは否めず、エアコンは風量調整のみ。（温度設定が出来ないタイプ） 翌日が最低気温一桁になった日の宿泊。翌日揖斐川マラソンだったようで、大垣駅近くのホテルが満室のため利用。 11/11（土）から1泊。ツインルームのシングルユース。1泊10000円ちょっと。部屋の広さは十分。 部屋が寒いので暖かくしてほしい旨伝えると、温度を上げるとのこと。 全く温度が上がった体感がないので、再度温度を上げてくれと伝えると、温度を上げるとのこと。 やはり、全く温度が上がった体感がないので、風の吹き出し口を確認すると、全く風が出ていないので、フロントに確認すると、送風運転しかしていないので、風が入ると寒くなるので風を切ったとのこと。 まさかのエアコンが暖房に切り替わっていなかったことが分かった。 今まで、あたかもエアコンが暖房運転していたかのような説明をしていたのが、一転暖房に切り替わっていないことを白状して、暖房機器と毛布を部屋に持ってきた。 今までのやり取りは全く無駄であった。騙されたとしか思えない。不備を隠ぺいしていたとしか思えない。 最初から暖房になっていないことを伝えて、暖房機器を持ってきたらよいと思う。 翌日が最低気温が一桁になる日に、全館空調を暖房に切り替えていないのが、まず、話にならないが、更に客にあたかも暖房運転をしているかのような説明をしたことは、全く言語道断である。エアコンの暖房への切り替えを判断するマネージャー的な人材がいないのだろうか？また、フロントスタッフは、エアコンの調節をしても暖房が入らないことを最初に私に伝えなかったのか？不信感だらけの宿泊になった。格式の高いホテルのようだが、これ起きた事象である。 清掃は行き届いて、清潔感はOK。無料のペットボトル水が部屋に有った。

フロントの男性が、ものすごく感じのいい方で、フロントで駐車場の場所を聞いたら説明してくれたのに、車を動かそうとした時には外まで出てきて教えてくれた。 朝も、朝食をとるため　フロントの前を通ったら、ものすごく優しい笑顔で「おはようございます」と挨拶してくれて、子供がニコニコしてくれたっ♪と喜んでいた。子供にも感じの良さが伝わっていた。 朝食が和食しかなかったのが残念だった。大人は和食でも大丈夫だが、子供達は洋食が良かったと言っていた。たぶん連泊用に日替わりで和食・洋食だと思うが、選べると嬉しい（特に子供）
