To start, the hotel is beautiful. Checking in was really fast and he explained everything really well. I was able to book pool time for myself and my kids. The food and room service was amazing - I wrote a note saying the kids were still asleep for breakfast and he quietly knocked on the door and brought in the food without waking them up. It's a pricier hotel, but worth it!
