This was the worst place I ever stayed in. Dirty place, unfriendly management, deceptive pictures and information. From the start,as my flight was scheduled to land at 4am, I had booked the night prior to my arrival to make sure the room was available for me to check in early and rest. As I arrived to the hotel, there was no one to hand me the keys, couple of kids sleeping on the sofa besides the reception.
NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH! I had to wait until 9am to have the manager come and tell me that the rooms are all booked and all he could do is give me a room at one of their other hotels. The room was absolutely disgusting!! I spent my first day waiting for my apartment to get ready and ended up getting the keys at 3pm!
The apartments are large but everything you touch is dirty. The sink at the bathroom was clogged for our entire stay, we had to use the kitchen sink! Roaches and bugs everywhere. Gas Heating in the middle of the living room/bed room! There is no Internet! they advertise Free Wi-Fi, but they have one router for the entire building! so it's quite a test for your nerves trying to use it.To top it all, they tried to kick us out one night before our check out date, one of the staff entered the apartment whilst we were in! mentioning that there was an error and that I had to call Expedia myself to get it fixed!! Again, there is a reason why they have NO REFUND policy. It's a total scam. Whatever you pay, is too expensive for this place. STAY AWAY!
