Room amenities adequate, including a safe, a fridge, proper lighting, enough plug in outlets. Bathroom was clean but space is tight. Breakfast is adequate but it is the same everyday. Staff doesn't really clean the placemats on the table, they just remove the dirty dishes and left the table untouched, so the placemat could be quite sticky.

Room very small, supposed to be cleaned every day but they just tidy up a bit, they don't clean anything and a few times they didn't even change the dirty towels. We arrived earlier so we asked if we could leave the suitcases and come back later for the check in. They asked us over £100 for that...ridiculous, never seen in any hotel! We went to the hostel round the corner and we could leave the suitcases for £10 even if we hadn't booked a room!

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern. The low stars is for the customer service, when we requested items we needed like toilet paper, towels etc, sometimes they would not be brought to us. Also the cleaning crew won’t come back later, we were told if they didn’t do the cleaning at the time they came they would not come back. At one point, after 2 days we asked for clean towels and were told laundry wasn’t done so had to wait until the next day. Service ruined the experience a bit but overall the hotel was in a close location to the beach and overall clean. I don’t think I’d stay again.

Quarto e banheiro com mofo nas paredes e no teto. Há um “cheiro de velho”, felizmente as janelas ajudam. Ar-condicionado split funcional dentro da normalidade. Banheiro sem ventilação natural e aparentemente sem exaustor. Box/água com cheiro forte, talvez devido à tubulação. Água quente em abundância. Troca de toalhas a cada dois dias, corre-se o risco de se enxugar com elas ainda molhadas. Não há cabides no guarda-roupa. Roupas de cama aparentemente limpas assim como o quarto em si. Frigobar pequeno mas suficiente para duas pessoas. Isolamento acústico ruim, se ouve com facilidade o hall e vice-versa, e até os canos. TV LED antiga (2011-2014) com conectividade ruim. Equipe de limpeza prestativa. Fechadura eletrônica defeituosa, muitas tentativas frustradas até conseguir abrir. Falta de proatividade para resolução. Apesar disso, toda a equipe é educada. Elevador com desnível, requer-se cuidado ao adentrar ou sair. Botões dos andares mais altos quebrados. Em um dos dias, em certo momento do dia, apenas um dos elevadores estava funcional. Café da manhã com variedade de alimentos relativamente boa, 3 frutas, 3/4 pães, 2 queijos, presunto, café, leite, etc, (pão de queijo apenas 1 dia). Alimentação dentro do esperado, porém as mesmas comidas todos os dias. Boa velocidade na reposição dos alimentos e utensílios de cozinha mesmo com grande fluxo de pessoas. Velocidade OK para limpeza de mesas. Checkin e checkout sem intercorrências. Recomendado para estadias curtas, de 3 ou 4 dias.
