Room amenities adequate, including a safe, a fridge, proper lighting, enough plug in outlets. Bathroom was clean but space is tight. Breakfast is adequate but it is the same everyday. Staff doesn't really clean the placemats on the table, they just remove the dirty dishes and left the table untouched, so the placemat could be quite sticky.

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern. The low stars is for the customer service, when we requested items we needed like toilet paper, towels etc, sometimes they would not be brought to us. Also the cleaning crew won’t come back later, we were told if they didn’t do the cleaning at the time they came they would not come back. At one point, after 2 days we asked for clean towels and were told laundry wasn’t done so had to wait until the next day. Service ruined the experience a bit but overall the hotel was in a close location to the beach and overall clean. I don’t think I’d stay again.

Room very small, supposed to be cleaned every day but they just tidy up a bit, they don't clean anything and a few times they didn't even change the dirty towels. We arrived earlier so we asked if we could leave the suitcases and come back later for the check in. They asked us over £100 for that...ridiculous, never seen in any hotel! We went to the hostel round the corner and we could leave the suitcases for £10 even if we hadn't booked a room!

Em alguns momentos, percebe-se que ela não é realizada de maneira tão cuidadosa quanto deveria, principalmente nos banheiros, que são espaços que exigem um nível maior de higienização e atenção. De forma geral, o Hotel Atlântico possui alguns pontos positivos, especialmente em relação à localização e à educação da maior parte da equipe. No entanto, ainda há diversos aspectos que precisam ser aprimorados. Mögel i rummet. Blodfläckar på lakanet, fanns inget täcke i rummet, endast ett lakan vi fick ha som täcke. Rummet var smutsigt och handdukarna luktade illa. Väldigt små rum. Dock trevlig personal som jobbade i receptionen, thats it. Området var helt ok.
