Room amenities adequate, including a safe, a fridge, proper lighting, enough plug in outlets. Bathroom was clean but space is tight. Breakfast is adequate but it is the same everyday. Staff doesn't really clean the placemats on the table, they just remove the dirty dishes and left the table untouched, so the placemat could be quite sticky.

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern. The low stars is for the customer service, when we requested items we needed like toilet paper, towels etc, sometimes they would not be brought to us. Also the cleaning crew won’t come back later, we were told if they didn’t do the cleaning at the time they came they would not come back. At one point, after 2 days we asked for clean towels and were told laundry wasn’t done so had to wait until the next day. Service ruined the experience a bit but overall the hotel was in a close location to the beach and overall clean. I don’t think I’d stay again.

Room very small, supposed to be cleaned every day but they just tidy up a bit, they don't clean anything and a few times they didn't even change the dirty towels. We arrived earlier so we asked if we could leave the suitcases and come back later for the check in. They asked us over £100 for that...ridiculous, never seen in any hotel! We went to the hostel round the corner and we could leave the suitcases for £10 even if we hadn't booked a room!

Minha estadia neste hotel, de 05/01/2026 a 11/01/2026, infelizmente foi extremamente decepcionante. Estava comemorando meu aniversário, mas o que deveria ser uma experiência agradável se transformou em um verdadeiro transtorno. Logo no check-in, paguei R$ 30,00 para usar o guarda-volumes e o banheiro para troca de roupa, que estava em condições inaceitáveis de higiene, com vaso sanitário sujo e com fezes aparentes. O café da manhã foi outro grande problema: ambiente lotado e sem estrutura, talheres sujos, alimentos frios e de baixa qualidade, ausência total de supervisão na ilha de alimentos, hóspedes pegando comida com as mãos e crianças colocando itens na boca e devolvendo. Poucos funcionários, com filas na entrada. O quarto apresentava diversos problemas: não havia suporte para malas, a cama era desconfortável e a cortina blackout não fechava corretamente, claramente improvisada. O banheiro estava em situação alarmante, com mofo no teto e nos azulejos, vaso sanitário extremamente encrostado de sujeira e, durante todo o período da estadia, notei que a pia sequer foi lavada. Ficamos três dias sem secador de cabelo, mesmo após várias solicitações, além da falta de suporte para toalhas. Para completar, o hotel ficou sem energia elétrica e não possui gerador para o elevador. Hospedado no 11º andar, fui obrigado a subir e descer pelas escadas. Solicitei contato da gerência e nunca obtive retorno. Falta higiene, manutenção, estrutura e respeito com o hóspede. Não recomendo.
