Room amenities adequate, including a safe, a fridge, proper lighting, enough plug in outlets. Bathroom was clean but space is tight. Breakfast is adequate but it is the same everyday. Staff doesn't really clean the placemats on the table, they just remove the dirty dishes and left the table untouched, so the placemat could be quite sticky.

Room very small, supposed to be cleaned every day but they just tidy up a bit, they don't clean anything and a few times they didn't even change the dirty towels. We arrived earlier so we asked if we could leave the suitcases and come back later for the check in. They asked us over £100 for that...ridiculous, never seen in any hotel! We went to the hostel round the corner and we could leave the suitcases for £10 even if we hadn't booked a room!

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern. The low stars is for the customer service, when we requested items we needed like toilet paper, towels etc, sometimes they would not be brought to us. Also the cleaning crew won’t come back later, we were told if they didn’t do the cleaning at the time they came they would not come back. At one point, after 2 days we asked for clean towels and were told laundry wasn’t done so had to wait until the next day. Service ruined the experience a bit but overall the hotel was in a close location to the beach and overall clean. I don’t think I’d stay again.

O quarto tinha uma disposição péssima, eu com um bebê de 7 meses, a coitada não tinha espaço pra engatinhar porque o único espaço do quarto estava o berço que eles montaram. O berço foi uma coisa boa. Mas a cama de "casal' eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, quando a bebê vinha pra cama e se mexendo pra lá e pra cá abria o buraco da cama. Eu com um bebê e o quarto só com ar condicionado, isso foi horrível, atacou a rinite da bebê. Não dava pra abrir a janela porque o quarto era dos fundos e a janela ficava pra condensadora de ar condicionado, barulho e mais quente que o normal. Banheiro sem exaustor, banheiro cheio de pontos de mofo. Café da manhã até que razoável. A equipe de funcionários com cara de poucas ideias. Mal davam bom dia. Apenas os dois funcionários que montaram o bercinho que foram mega simpáticos. Uns queridos! O lençol sujou com papinha da neném, ficou uma mancha grande, eles simplesmente arrumaram a cama com o mesmo lençol, quando cheguei... não acreditei. Enfim, decidi ir ao RJ de última hora e foi basicamente o único hotel que cabia a neném. Foi melhor que ficar na rua.
