Overall the hotel was good, fantastic location in the heart of the old town with access to taxis and the ferry terminal at your doorstep. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, roof top had great views and a DJ to set the mood. The one area which really needs improvement is housekeeping, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bare minimum was done (refresh towels and made the bed).

We had a perfectly wonderful stay with super friendly & attentive service from everyone. The hotel is so stylish & our room was outstanding with the most beautiful view.
