Original brands of soda and alcohol was nice surprise and a big plus for us! Quality of food was also good, much better compared to some other 5 star all inclusive hotels. The only small minus that not that many of the staff understood English, which lead to some misunderstandings during the stay.

Pretty looking hotel, and amazing drinks

When i you first enter the hotel, you get the wow factor. The hotel is stunning looking and have so many nice touches. The bathroom next to the lobby is one of the prettiest public toilets I have ever seen. A special thanks to Ryskhan that made sure to take extra special care of us during our stay. She always replied fast, and helped arrange our massages, which were by the way amazing. Beach/pool Beautiful beach and less rocks than we had expected. Being able to order drinks to the beach using a QR code is such a cool touch (whenever it worked). Great selection and drinks but we did miss the option of ordering simple snacks and light food to the beach. We did see people bring food from one of the buffets. We are not big fans of pool, but they played music there, which is enjoyable if youre into that. Food When i you first enter the hotel, you get the wow factor. I loved all the different pools and activities and the abundance of food. We had friends who wanted to book the hotel to stay with us and our hotel was booked so they stayed at the sister hotel and it was annoying because we couldn’t eat together and had to constantly explain ourselves.

My husband and I spent 8 nights here, and it was amazing. The hotel and the staff deserve a 7 star review. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean, food was AMAZING. The beach was clean with lots of seating. The pool was the perfect temperature and also had lots of seating - and close to the lunch buffet. The staff at the Kirman were the best part - everyone was very kind, welcoming, professional and very accommodating to our needs, and also very fun. The staff made our time here unforgettable. A young gentlemen (server) named Yunus, took extra special care of us - he was professional, kind and caring, accommodating, and assisted us with anything we needed. Kirman hotel is very lucky and blessed to have such amazing staff.

We had a great vacation with my wife in Kirman Arycanda De Luxe for 10 days. Actually this is high level hotel with friendly stuff which works as one family, great all flavor food, fantastic massage and spa. Area and the sea short is perfect. You can find a lot of things to do for you and your children, exceptional evening shows, many bars with delicious cocktails and a lot of entertainment engaging guest from dances, party games, water polo and others. We spent unforgettable times, everything was included. Oh yes, fantastic pool to relax. All personal were friendly and supportive. The great hall with piano music. Easy tour scheduling and car rental. SO everything was so easy and it's been continuous pleasure for the whole vacation time! Thank you Arycanda! I hope we will come again.

We will say that the resort is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. That being said, the service is abysmal and we would not recommend visiting this resort due to this reason. There is really too much to write so i wont go into detail. Pay attention and read other reviews regarding service and you will see the lack of service is normal here. We have been to all-inclusives in mexico, aruba, and the dominican multiple times so we have experienced what excellent service can be. We'd recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 days The hotel is simple and small in size compared to other resorts, the food needs improvement, the cleanliness is not what it should be, as I was in room number 1333 and the side of the room in the corridor there is a smell of sewage, the air conditioner inside the room drips water, the cleaners open the door of the room in the morning without knocking on the door , Only the reception speaks English and other workers don't speak English and that's bad because no one understands you. On the positive side, the hotel is small and this is good for a family with children for easy movement inside, the activities are varied and daily, the waiters are good, the kids club is nice and the girls who work in it are very kind with children, the young people who activate games and activities are kind, I advise not to allow people in the neighboring resort to use the facilities of this resort because most of them come from the neighboring hotel and this leads to overcrowding In the end, the hotel is beautiful, and the cleanliness next to the pool and the general facilities are good.. I advise everyone to drink only from the bar located on the -2 floor in front of market it is the best bar and the young man who works in it is so kind and speaks fluent English and the best one how make cocktails..

Nice hotel but very poor service. Staff cannot rally speak English. Hotel caters more for German and Russian guests Shah at the front desk booked me a taxi told me it was 90 euros and that’s the price never gave a receipt. On day of my Taxi I was told it was not available and told they are only 75 euros. Staff here try to scam you and management need to put a stop to this as it devalues the service During dinner and lunch waiters are always on the phone and you have to go get your own drinks. This is a nice hotel but not a 5 star at all I would say closer to 3 or 4 stars Photo guys again try and scam you into having a shoot then when you say you don’t want to buy the pictures say are you poor don’t you have money why did you make an appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as the service isn’t great and the managers really need to get the staff more focused. Only good thing about the hotel is it has great beach, and kids club.
