Great stay
Great location if you're interested in visiting the mall, or have activities centered around the downtown core--but honestly, any other location will do just fine given that you'll need to travel by car to almost all the places you want to go. No wash cloths, but otherwise the hotel had everything needed. Room cleaning/service could be improved, they had one person working the entire floor of 20-30+ rooms doing all the cleaning, to the point where we had left early in the morning and come back late afternoon and the guy was still hadn't come to our room. Nothing against him, but he definitely should not have been dealing with an entire floor all on his own. While the hotel does provide laundry machines, note that to do one load, it will be 50 AED (one wash cycle, and one drying cycle). Any way you cut it, it's a good hotel. 4/5

We love this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to Dubai Mall. They have free shuttle or you can walk. The room is of good size. The staff were friendly. The tgif coffee shop is a plus.

This hotel deserves its great reputation. I arrived very early off a long overnight flight, I couldn’t check in straight away (which is fair enough) so I went exploring and when I came back a few hours later my room was ready even though it was still well before check in time. Every single staff member I interacted with was warm and helpful. Little supermarket in the lobby is reasonably priced and I also ate at Fridays which was also good. Dubai Mall is an easy walk from the hotel. Nice room, quiet and comfortable. Would stay again without question.

The location was perfect for me, close to Dubai Mall, although not walkable in the heat. The free bus was useful, but taxis are generally cheap and always available outside the hotel. Communal areas clean and modern. The bathroom in the room was a little bit tired. The pool area was small but not too busy. Water was kept nice and cool. Service was generally good, not great, just OK. The only onsite food option was Fridays, but all food delivery apps would deliver to your room, and Dubai Mall is close by too

Amazing Staff
Amazing experience. All the staff were super helpful, from early checkin thanks to Nick, to late checkout, the whole experience was comforting. The location of this hotel is the best as its within walking distance or a short cab ride to key land marks and attractions. Highly recommended to anyone, I will defiantly use again if I ever visit Dubai again.

We had a great time handy for Dubai Mall with the shuttle bus running and TGI Fridays for a great breakfast and dinner options. Nothing was too much for reception staff from phoning local activities to taking messages from us to giving advice on local shopping area, everyone was excellent.
