– Rude staff and terrible service Stayed from May 21–25, 2025, and had an awful experience. The first room was dirty with a terrible odor—reported it several times before anything was done. We lost most of a day waiting for a room change. Things got worse after checkout: we were harassed by hotel staff over a supposed unpaid charge that was never mentioned at the time. Turns out it was the receptionist’s mistake, but instead of owning it, they were extremely rude and even threatened to involve the police. Completely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this hotel.

This hotel is simply amazing! From the moment we were greeted at the door, we felt welcomed and in good hands.I would like to thank the front desk team, they were extremely professional. Mr M. is in charge of guest relations.He is very professional and has a wonderful team who are all friendly and smiling.They work really hard to make all guests happy and they are always present at their desks in the lobby and available 24/7 via WhatsApp in case you need anything. My mom was newly operated and she got an exceptional service, she felt great at Swandor hotel and would like to come back. Special thanks to the team of Swandor restaurant, we had an excellent service. The food was very tasty and freshly made, different options everywhere. The entertainment team had a good entertaining schedule,I had productive days thanks to your creativity girls. The Rino kids club is something out of the ordinary, better than our european standards. My niece and nephew were so happy to discover all the activities you offered, the kids club has a professional team that is well trained.

Property is very elegant and exceptionally designed. Loved the open concept and the layout. We traveled with a toddler and the Rino club was a big hit. Restaurant is huge and all meals are buffet style, excellent service staff. The property is well maintained, could use couple extra bar tenders though as the lines for drinks were quite long. This is our second hotel from Swandor brand, we are looking forward to exploring another Swandor property.

Good points: Staff - friendly and polite (mostly) Waterpark - amazing size and variety Bars - all over the place and not long queues Loungers - no issues at all at anytime to get one or three Steak Restaurant - outstanding and a whole other level to the resort Entertainment - this was one of the best yet Rooms/grounds - all modern and well kept Bad points: Staff - some just took orders and vanished, others just stood and chatted rather than serving especially in the buffet for drinks. Turkish Restaurant - major let down. All dishes just brought out, put on table and undercooked chicken served which put us off the meal. Not the same level as steak restaurant at all. Food - this was getting repetitive by day 6 for us as it’s the same food in the snack buffet as the restaurant all day. Glasses - having glass by the pool is a major risk and should not happen Babies without swim nappies or naked in pools causing pool closures Cleaning staff (rooms) - only half cleaned and parts missed a lot. Had to ask for refills of toilet roll. Towels - room towels are tiny like for a child. Obscene pool level music - this is too much and too loud. No relaxation area. Overall - this hotel is not a 5* - for the following points are missing: 1. Rollerblading waiters/poolside service - missing unlike all other 5* properties 2. No alternate lunch options like snack or gozleme like other properties 3. No theme nights for buffet 4. No live cooking at all - not even omlettes

Karşılama harika. Soguk icecek , güler yüzlü personel. Kolaylikla odalara yerlesme. Oda temizligi cok guzel. Genis ferah ve kullanisli bir balkonu var. 2 buyuk ve 1 kucuk cocuk havuzu olmak uzere toplam 3 acik havuzu var. Yeteri kadar sezlong , semsiye mevcut. Havuz etrafinda havuz bar , pastane sayesinde her an sicak soguk iceceklere ulasmak cok kolay. Kemer'in denizi gun icinde zaman zaman sakin olmasina rağmen bazen dalgali olabiliyor. Otelin burada bir iskelesi , barı, sezlong , semsiyesi mevcuttur. Gun icinde çocuklara ve yetişkinlere yonelik fazlaca aktivite var. Insanlar mutlu. Aksam büyük bir sahnede cesitli gosteriler ve hemen hemen her aksam canli muzik var. Ekipler harika ! Personelleri yeterli ve guler yüzlü. Simdi gelelim yemeklere. Çoğunluğu yabanci ( Rusya olmak uzere ) olmak uzere cok farkli coğrafyalardan misafirler var. Yemek cesidi cok olmasina ragmen lezzetleri maalesef oyle degil.
