Certainly not luxury but room was clean, quiet AC, good water pressure, small fridge. For the price it was excellent value. The breakfast was buffet, ham, cheese, bread and jam with fresh squeezed juice and hot water.
Staff helpful even though my Spanish is very limited. There are very few gringo tourists here, seemed to be all Peruvians. The neighborhood not the best but really all of Piura seemed rundown. This hotel was the best looking place in the city.
