Rooms/bathroom are clean and are average-good However the food/drink needs to be improved, I wouldn't advise going all inclusive for the food , id advise to book based on a cheap price for good location, reasonably clean rooms and drinks included, thats about it.

This hotel is right in the centre and great for access to restaurants pubs and a stone throw from the beach. I had stayed on the 3rd floor with a wrap round balcony and the view was stunning on one side was the beach and the sea and the other was the busy street with all the shops that opened until late into the evening. The room had a king size bed and a single bed both were brand new you could smell the newness in the room. These beds were as comfortable we had a great sleep with no complaints and to wake with these beautiful views was a bonus. The staff were very helpful especially Phyllis’s on the front reception desk could not do enough to help with any problems and questions. The breakfast wasn’t to out taste but the boiled eggs were good with fresh bread. The pool area needs some direction sighing and maybe a bit off a makeover but other than that we had a great stay in this hotel.

Best location, 3 mns walking distance to Marmaris beach. Shops, Restaurant's, cafe, Shopping mall & Bars Surrounding area. Rooms, bathroom enough space & also clean. No wifi in room only lobby area. Small Swimming pool get crowded easily. No tea & coffee facilities in room. Breakfast not enough choices need to be improve. All inclusive not worth.

Hotel was dirty. Got given the wrong room. Towels ripped, toilet flush broken and matress stained. No amenities at all in the room apart from fridge. Air con on its last stages of life. When complained hotel does not care. Do not book and stay away.

worst hotel the toilet button was broken 3 days in a row, the 1 first day they put cotton wool and they said it was done, the rooms were not clean and had my ring stolen and do nothing about it , got no compensation but had to pay 700 lira to be there after the clock 16, the food was the worst and was not clean pool, we didn't swim at all, bad services in the hotel and a very arrogant manager who doesn't help, will never recommend this hotel
