This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, and it did not disappoint. The staff was helpful in check-in, we were assigned a parking space, and shown our room. The room was clean, and up to date. The next morning, our breakfast was delivered and it was excellent.

8/10 Very good

Great location . The noise especially Saturday night was extremely loud . Music next door had the bass up so high that even with noise canceling ear plugs it was a bit rough. The morning breakfast was very good. We did enjoy a wonderful dinner at there restaurant Audette .

Awesome stay. The general manager and staff were wonderful. They did everything they could to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable! The morning pastries were amazing and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping our room perfect. We would highly recommend this quaint bed and breakfast which is in the perfect location to walk to all the great restaurants and sites in Newport! 🤗

It was a nice hotel in a good location. There was never anyone at the front desk to get any help. There was a phone number and I left a message but no one ever called back. The hotel should have been more responsive

We stayed in the lilac room. 4 adults, and there was plenty of space. The location of the hotel could not have been more perfect. We could walk everywhere! The breakfast delivered to our door in the morning was so convenient and delicious. Staff was very helpful. Would 100% stay again!

The Bouchard is a wonderful place to stay. Classic accommodations, modern amenities, quiet, perfect location, great well informed staff. Couldnt have asked for anything better.

8/10 Very good

Overall, a good stay. The location is perfect, we parked the car once and walked everywhere. The big drawbacks are the noise levels from being on Thames Street (big red flag when they offer ear plugs at check-in), and the blinds are old, 70’s-style Venetian, with slats. They offered no light protection, and we were up with the sun.

Nice Inn, great location

Very nice Inn, centrally located but not on the busy end of Thames street. The still warm fresh pastry and yogurt parfait was excellent.
