The internet just jammed out while i was in the middle of a business call and I had to repeatedly tell them what the problem was . I had a voucher credit from Hotels.com for the property for dining and beverages yet they didn't acknowledge that and eventually charged me for it

Cleanliness and service is good. One thing to take note is when cleaning the restaurant table. Need to wipe the whole table rather just wipe the dirty spot. Also to change a new plate mat after using by each person, rather just wipe clean.
