We had a very shocking experience. Back home I sent an email to the hotel, for attention the manager. As yet I still haven't had any response from them. After booking online, I received confirmation of availability, booking and payment, receiving a reminder 3 days prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we waited for 27 minutes without being acknowledged (she was booking a group of 6). She was not aware of our booking and asked to see the emails. How is this possible? While signing in, she began to talk to other people standing behind us and we had to interrupt her to attend to us again. She confirmed to having a room for us. At the same moment we arrived at our room, a man was hastily exiting the room with arms full of shoes and other stuff. Another person inside was removing clothes from the cupboard. She waved us into the room. We did not enter and asked her what was going on. She told us that they were still cleaning that man's room, and that he just put his stuff in this room while waiting for them to finish. Still cleaning at 18:45 in the evening? I believe she lied to us, because the people who booked in just before us, all received their room keys there at reception. So how could this man have a key to that other room (apart from his own room's) if it was not given to him? She gave us the key to that hastily evacuated room, expecting us to occupy the room which had been used by someone else moments ago. I was not prepared to accept such treatment, so we left.
