The Seljord hotel is a charming well maintained hotel in Telemark County, Norway. Breakfasts were excellent - full hot breakfast buffet. Dinners have pizza and a very small selection of typical Norwegian dishes. Note that the hotel elevator only goes to the 2nd floor - if you get a 3rd floor room you will be hefting luggage up and down one set of stairs. Bar service is available from 3PM and prices are very reasonable (for Norway). Our 2nd floor room had a spacious balcony. As most hotels in Norway, air conditioning is accomplished by opening the windows.

Flott rom og hyggelig service men maten trekker ned. På korte menyen sto oksekjake, det hadde de ikke. Forretten akevittgravet laks var altfor salt og ble servert i tykke skiver uten brød ved siden av. Elgkarbonadene var bra. Frokosten var bra!

Helt ok sjarmerende hotell med blanding av gammelt og nytt. God frokost og et fin bibliotek hvor man kan slappe av med en god bok eller bare med mobiltelefon.
