No hot water in entire hotel.
We checked in in the evening and the attendant at the front desk informed us that they were having issues with their hot water that evening, but it would be fixed by the morning. He only told us after we completed check in by the way. He did say that if we let the water run a while it would heat up. It did not bother us as we did not plan to shower that night, but rather in the morning. When we woke up the next morning we let it run for over 30 minutes and still no hot water. Turns out when we went to the lobby there was a line of guests at the front desk complaining about having no hot water. My son had a college interview that morning and a shower would have been nice

The hotel has great options for a family, offering a suite with multiple beds at a great rate. The rating was good, so we booked it last minute for a one-night stay. While the staff was vey nice and helpful, I was disappointed with the room cleanliness: multiple stains on the sofa bed as well as the main beds' cover. Quite a difference from the expectation you get initially. Overall, the property is close to Cleveland downtown and other attractions, has a nice gym and a variety of selections for breakfast.
