I used This hotel before, is a great place to stay, service is good, very friendly and halpfull staff. easy to get around in stonetown from this hotel and has easy access, much transport to find outside and around the hotel. not far from the ferry terminal also. all in all great place, i would use again.

Good place to stay in Stone town. About 10 min walk from "the main events". Felt safe and comfortable, good palace for the price, also the pool was nice. Did not try the restaurant at the top, but good food was close by as well. Would stay again

Location great. Staff very supportive especially. I was on 3rd floor and above is 4th floor which has the dinning. From 4am a lot of noise furniture continuously moved to prepare for breakfast. Windows not cleaned and look dirty when you want to open.

AC was so loud in our room and making loud bangs all day and night. We could hear all the street noise non-stop and hotel noise (under construction/ renovation). The elevator was not working so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggages. Not peaceful/ restful if your room is facing the front but great location. Staff very friendly and nice!

Hi, good place, nice pool, great roof top terrasse. My first extention after they gave me new room, due to to A/C not worked in the other. Clean and good pool, helpful and smiling / happy staff. i found the accomodation and location to be great for me. i actually extende my stay twice, due to the great service and advices from staff, when asked. at the moment the elevator do not work, but they work hard on fix it...for me, had not and impact on my stay thar is not working. recommend to stay, and i'd use the hotel again.

Hi, good place, nice ppol, great roof top terrasse. My first evening they tried to fix the A/C but it did not helt, and into night, in addition to it not cooling it started a high vibration sound. Lovely service, comfortable beds, nice breakfast on beautiful terrace, fascinating neighborhood, nice pool and spa services, but most of all: the staff. Helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful. We were surprised with the area in front of the hotel, with the rough road and busy with parked cars, and a little dusty, but learned this is typical of the neighborhood, so no big deal. Super convenient to the ferry from Dar. Really nice experience.

The AC in the room didn’t work properly for 3 days. We called every night and every day to have it fixed and it never was. It kept turning off after 15 minutes. Hot water also very minimal.

Pour un sejour limité à Stone town
Hotel assez vieillot bien situé proche su port, du centre ville et du vieux port. Personnel agreable et souriant. Chambre sommaire avec une literie vieillissante et grincante. Comme les fenêtres ne ferment pas on entend les bruits environnants. Reveil en sursaut par la sirène du port. Acceptable pour une nuit ou deux avant d'aller vers le Nord de l île.
