We appreciated the staff at the hotel to help us with the check in earlier because our flight landed early , but the cleaning is not complete every day so for 3 days we have been out towels and a lot of garbage buildup in the room and outdoor pool and hot tub was amazing and I will definitely stay again and the management have to take care of that small issue .

Great stay! First time staying in Vancouver and was really glad I chose Level in Yaletown. Staff were friendly and informative, there was an outdoor pool and 24hr gym in the 1st parking level. Easily walkable to Granville & Davie streets with plenty of food options in walking distance. Room was really nice, basically a furnished apartment. Appreciate having cookware in the kitchen areas within the rooms and in-unit washer/dryer. Will definitely stay again!

We only had a two night stay in Vancouver following an Alaskan Cruise and before a flight home. The hotel was helpful in giving us an early check in and late check out to meet our travel requirements. Although probably a little more expensive the hotel amenities were great, the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location to explore Vancouver and near to a great choice of restaurants. An easy 30 minute taxi to the airport as well.

We love staying here! We travel with our bulldog and appreciate the pet friendly options here. The hotel rooms are fabulous, lovely balconies, full kitchen, and what a bonus to have the wash/dryer!
