The hotel was clean and reception was helpful as I had booked non smoking but hotel.com tried to put us in a smoking room. The reception managed to move us even tho the Expedia group restricts them doing this.

Fine for our needs

This was a fine motel for our needs. Came family weekend for UofI and it was budget-friendly, to say the least. Room was clean and worked for our needs.

If you’re looking at this hotel, you’re trying to do the calculus of whether the low price is worth what you expect will be a substandard hotel. I say that to clarify I had very reasonable expectations for what this hotel would be. But it’s way worse than you’re thinking, so I would advise you to find somewhere else.
