Great central spot. Our room in the 600s was nice and quiet from noise from the main jardin. Great restaurant in the hotel. Friendly staff. Very close to the Teatro parking structure. Would go back.

**Overall Experience:** While I feel that for the price I paid, I should not complain, I believe it's important for management to consider a few issues that affected my stay. **Room Issues:** 1. **Hot Water:** Unfortunately, I never had hot water in my room. This was quite inconvenient and should definitely be addressed. 2. **Odor:** There was a sewer gas odor coming from the shower drain, which was unpleasant. **Positive Aspects:** Despite the issues mentioned, I want to highlight that the value for the price I paid was generally good. - **Service:** The service I received was great. Wonderful hotel next to the night life action! Traveller must be use to loud noise playing until 3:00am. Also no air conditioning, but a fan was provided to cool things down! Loved the hotel and the cleanliness was great!

Modern comfy hotel, right in the heart of touristic area of Guanajuato, across Plaza de la Unión park, about 7 mins walk to Alley Kiss or 5 min to funicular ride up the hill towards El Pípila monument. Great for adults or families with teens, not so, for toddlers or strollers (a lot of people walking around, and, street musicians playing all the time, so, kind of noisy, but, fun to hung around watching people).

The only reason I am giving this a 2 is because this hotel is not handicapped friendly at all. We had 3 handicapped people and there was no shower chairs, no extensions to put fans closer to the beds, the elevator doesn’t go up to the penthouse or family suites and that is were we stayed. Also, There is no ramp to enter the building.

Chose to stay at this hotel because of its location to the theater Juarez and el Pípila. First time staying in Guanajuato overnight and did so because we wanted to experience a Callejoneada. At the hotel, Brenda at the front desk was kind enough to book us this experience and offered to book us a city tour for the next day. She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. We booked the city tour and got an amazing tour guide. We were able to explore the Museo de Momias, a mine, el Pípila and do some shopping. It was great! Definitely recommend a stay here. Will be back soon I hope!

We've stayed here first times first because it's close to everything you need, excellent veiw, staff is friendly and helpful, clean rooms, clean restrooms, hot and cold water, elevator. The hotel restaurant serves a little of everything, Italian, Mexican, Seaford. You can choose to sit at a balcony while you eat and enjoy the scenery. I love it! The only thing is the no air-conditioned Weather is now changing and air-conditioned rooms are needed
