This property is the only hotel in the historic downtown district of Manassas. The location is fantastic even though it’s on a busy street. Max for 1 or 2 nights. Just don’t bring your wife or girlfriend.

Cute hotel
Best little hotel I stayed in. Just had a minor door issue in the bathroom but once I told the staff. They were sympathetic and insisted on fixing it.

The hotel is old and smells of mold. The traffic noise is very loud and begins at 5:00 am during the week. The only thing good is the location of you want to be close to Old Town Manassas.

Nice location
This facility could use updating. The door let in cold air, the heating unit was dirty and old and the carpet could be replaced. The location is great. The railroad is loud but, they stop the horns after 10 pm. Nice coffee shops, walking area and restaurants. It would be a really great place with a few improvements.

This is a basic hotel at a basic price, which is fine. The bedclothes were better than in many hotels. Nothing fancy,
but met our needs. Great location near several restaurants and a lively pedestrian area. There was loud outside music to about 10 pm on a Saturday, but it was fine after that hour. One slight glitch was that it was not possible to stopper the sink.

Noisy part of down town and other guests were loud, persistent knock on the door at 1am, surely looking for drugs.

The only advantage of this facility is its location to old town. It was dirty, my vanity light did not work, I took a shower and realized I had no towels, when I woke up I noticed there were blood stains on my sheets.

Not a good stay if you want peace and quiet
Excellent location, plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, affordable rooms. Check-in was quick. However, noisy neighbors; doors slamming closed, banging on walls. Possible shady transactions. One of the blankets on one bed had a couple of holes, the room smelled like cigarettes, and bare minimum number of towels. Had to ask concierge for more and complain about neighbors.

The door to the room did not seal. The walls are thin...you can hear just about everything. The street noise was bad but the noise from the train was a bit much. The staff was all great. With a makeover and an eye towards sound proofing the rooms this place would be an awesome place to stay because there are a bazillion places to eat within walking distance of the OldeTowne Inn. Plus the train park; which is family fiendly and great place to hangout with the little kids.

Significant disrepair, but great location
My room showed lots of wear and tear. The door was scratched and marked up, and the bolt lock barely engaged. Lamp shade was bent and rusted. Cigarette burn on the blanket.

Worst Hotel in Manassas
Room was not cleaned, shower did not work because water was turned off, electric breaker tripped in the middle of the night and we didn’t have power in half of the room. Told the staff about the and they called us liars. All employees except the man who called us liars appear to be under 18 years old.
