The room wasn't fully clean when I checked in and they only clean every 4 days or so. There was hair on the wall. The noise level was pretty bad...sirens constantly going off right outside. You cant control your own AC. No guests allowed in your room. The neighborhood isn't too crowded. Easily walkable to public transit.

A bit dusty and the volume of the tv was very low since you could hear everything from the traffic outside. The faucet in the bathroom was something off with because it turned off itself which was disturbing during brushing teeth and washing the face. Cleaning staff was super nice.

Everything top notch. AC turn off each time you leave your room, don't forget to turn it back on and set it to 24C, it will blow cold air anyways because its so hot and humid in the halls in July. Great breakfast for 2600 Yen (2400 if you by day before). Tolet was a pleasure to use, water temperature setting and auto bath fill stop is nice.
