Short stay is okay
Hotel is clean with plenty amenities foc provided. Room size is typical (small) for standard Japanese hotels. Complimentary Breakfast was terrible, please change main menu and improved on varieties perhaps with Asian varieties such as congee or fried noodle. Do stop the awful, funny-taste of fried rice that we have for 3 days in a row! Please have a consistent/proper food info display on table if you serve beef or chicken dishes. Overall, okay to have short stay. There are other similar V.F. chains in Tokyo better than this one that we have stayed in before.

Very Good
A very pleasant stay
The hotel is a little bit dated but it has everything you need and the room is slightly bigger than those of other budget hotel chains, so we are very pleased. Really appreciate their sustanability policy - they don't put anything unnecessary in your room/ bathroom but you can help yourself at the hotel lobby if you need any extra accessories, from bath salt to skincare, etc. We left the eco sign most of the days but they still tidied up the room for us. It's great (we stayed in another budget hotel chain in our second half of the trip and they didn't tidy up our room and in fact, left used towels next to/ on our bed. I have no clue why they did it!). The breakfast is simple but it's enough to make you full. Hotel staff speak good English and are very helpful. We requested to courier our luggage to our next hotel. We didn't know how to write the address in Japanese. They helped us to check, filled in the form and called the hotel to confirm. I'm not sure if it's just the standard in Japan but we felt being taken care of. Nihombashi is quite a posh area. It's safe and there are lots of shops and restaurants around. Being close Tokyo station is also an advantage. However, there isn't much to do in late evening (except a few convenience stores open nearby the hotel), so don't expect it will be like Shinjuku if you like to stay up late.

Tokyo value for money
This is a great value hotel in a quiet location. It is within walking distance of Tokyo train station. They made significant improvements to their free morning breakfast bar. It is Japanese style so the beds maybe a little firmer than most Westerners prefer.
