Hotel room full of cockroaches, keycards never worked to the rooms, the breakfast was terribke, elevator was terrible, not allowed to bring guests back so my friends couldn’t even stay, the air con was awful and generally a waste of money.

The ROACHyalty hotel! DONT GO THERE! I didn’t see the reviews and I wish that I would’ve. The staff was good but the hotel is in terrible condition. It has roaches and they know it but it’s like normal to them. They want to spray the room when you’re not there. Their wifi only works in the lobby. The key cards stop working all the time.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was no toilet paper, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the bathroom had mold and was very dark. The mattress was old and smelled unpleasant. Additionally, my guest was not allowed to come upstairs just to wait for me, which has never happened in any other hotel I’ve visited in Brazil or abroad.

His professionalism and courteous demeanor truly stood out - commendations to him. The space was beautiful it was the lack of comfort. I stayed my last night and ended up being in the lobby for the last 3 hours of my stay because the room was a sauna. hen i called the front desk they stated that there was nothing they could do being that there was no extra rooms. So I waited in the lobby where the temp was tolerable. After i had to pay for the items consumed (water due to the excessive heat) and when i paid the front desk staff tried o short me $R40, when i told them they swore that maybe i made a mistake. That was impossible especially cause he handed me te $ I counted and immediately approached him when I noticed the error. I wasn’t able to enjoy my breakfast that i paid or in my reservation. This hotel is also not conveniently close to the beach as other hotels that were a éter stay, this would be a last resort for me, you can find better.

Como informado na recepção na hora do checkout, houve problemas técnicos no banheiro, o box sempre acumulava muita água, formando uma piscina e muitas vezes vazando e deixando o banheiro encharcado. O vaso sanitário na maioria das vezes tinha que dar mais de uma vez descarga, mesmo sendo só xixi. O wi-fi do quarto não pegava na cama, somente no sofá perto da porta. De resto tudo perfeito.

Funcionários excelentes no atendimento, mas o quarto deixou a desejar, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, sem condições de ligar pra dormir, toalha de banho extra fina, zero absorção, lençóis desconfortáveis, muito finos e sem edredom extra pra ajudar no frio da noite, chuveiro horrível, água cai falhando, quase uma dança debaixo do chuveiro pra poder tomar banho. Paguei caríssimo por conta das festividades nos mesmos dias. Não foi uma experiência muito agradável.
